1:1 Online Coaching
Throughout Online Coaching I can help people to develope themselves in their practice journey and overall health.
The foundations are laying in building and maintaining a functional movement body (conditioning), so we can work responsibly on skill related goals.
Expanding awareness and self development are also part of the curriculum.
My goal here is to deeply connect with each individual.
The better we know each other,
the more we can understand and see where we want to go,
the better I can help you from my perspective, knowledge and experiences.
During this time, I also hope to learn something from you.
After completing the traject we will have made progress in, at least, one of the personal goals.
Also, you will be able to continue your journey on your own with new perspectives and information to build upon for a long term.
HOW DO WE WORK
Starting with an intake video call, from here we will figure out where we currently are and where we want to go for the coaching period.
Online coaching is a way of working together throughout Zoom, WhatsApp, practical videos and personalised training programs.
You will receive a program adjusted on your goals.
During the traject, you send in practice videos of yourself, on which you receive individual feedback. Upcoming questions we communicate via Telegram.
I will feature you articles, videos and other subject matter when I think it will be useful for you.
Every week we will have a 45 minute Zoom meeting, where we can work more specifically and go deeper on certain topics.

Dependant on the individuals needs, the coaching traject will focus on a single or combination of subjects as:

Acrobatics, Microbatics, Hand-Balancing, Floorwork, Locomotion

Sample Dance Subjects:
Tools & Techniques to develope improvisation in dance and building towards ones unique identity within their style
Awareness & Self Development
Mindset, Body Awareness, Grounding Exercises, Meditation, Breathwork
Pricing
Because I am looking for individuals to connect on a deeper level with, and results won’t come in days and weeks, but in months and years, the minimum traject starts with 3 months. The costs are 199 euro per month. The total of 3 x 199 = 597 euro has to be transferred at the beginning of the traject. Each additional month can be booked separately. If you decide to work with me for a year, the costs are 1990 euro (get 2 months for free)

If you started with one of my Online Courses, and you decide after or during the traject to continue with 1:1 Online Coaching, you will get the purchased course price as a discount on the Online Coaching start-up costs.

I was struggling with soft acrobatics for almost one year, and I did the training focused in proprioception and I’m another person after 4 months! I’m gratefull and I really recomend Stan Stitch as a trainer.
Gymnastics training with Stan
I trained with Stan for 9 lessons so far and have learned a lot. Before I started, I already had quite severe back and shoulder injuries, but we found a way to work around them and still train effectively. My goal was to learn a standing backflip, roundoff backflip and a cartwheel sideflip, as well as some basic calisthenics and movement practice. We have already reached most of these goals and are now working on improving them. Thanks Stan.
Super-motivating Trainer with a warm personality!
I really really enjoyed training with Stan!
At that moment, the purpose of me training was to feel fit. Although training can feel physically grilling and very intensive, Stan’s warm personality injects some fun and lightness into it and I really appreciated that.
Stan is also creative and attentive when training. He knows when to push further, when to challenge more, when to increase intensity or adapt exercises as needed. It makes the training feel different each time.
I must mention that Stan is incredibly motivating and you will increase your expectations from yourself as a result. Once I had tickets to a concert which happened to clash with a training session and… I gave up the concert!
Stan also gave me useful advice on healthy lifestyle, general physical fitness that I really appreciated. It also showed me that he is actually quite passionate about what he does. He is a very talented person. I will highly recommend Stan as a trainer!

Putting fun back in workouts
I hate working out but Stan made me forget that I did. He was my PT for over a year, until I moved out of the city. During that time, I really enjoyed working out with Stan – he was able to push me to my limit while always keeping it fun. He definitely personalised the training sessions to me. 10/10 would work out with Stan again!
